  • ISO 3506-1-2020 pdf download.Fasteners一Mechanical properties of corrosion-resistant stainless steel fasteners – Part 1: Bolts, screws and studs with specified grades and property classes. This document specifies the mechanical and physical properties of bolts, screws and studs, with coarse pitch thread and fine pitch thread, made of corrosion-resistant stainless steels, when tested at the ambient temperature range of 10 °C to 35 °C. It specifies property classes in relation to austenitic, martensitic, ferritic and duplex (austenitic-ferritic) steel grades for fasteners. The term “fasteners” is used in this document when bolts, screws and studs are considered all together. ISO 3506-6 provides general rules and additional technical information on suitable stainless steels and their properties. Fasteners conforming to the requirements of this document are evaluated at the ambient temperature specified in paragraph 1. It is possible that they do not retain the specified mechanical and physical properties at elevated and/or lower temperatures. NOTE 1 Fasteners conforming to the requirements of this document are used without restriction in applications ranging from —20 °C to +150 °C; however, fasteners conforming to this document are also used for applications outside this range down to —196 °C and up to +300 °C. For more details, see Annex…

  • ISO 3506-2-2020 pdf free download.Fasteners一Mechanical properties of corrosion-resistant stainless steel fasteners – Part 2: Nuts with specified grades and property classes. This document specifies the mechanical and physical properties of nuts, with coarse pitch thread and fine pitch thread, made of corrosion-resistant stainless steels, when tested at the ambient temperature range of 10 °C to 35 °C. It specifies property classes in relation to austenitic, martensitic, ferritic and duplex (austenitic-ferritic) steel grades for nuts. Iso 3506-6 provides general rules and additional technical information on suitable stainless steels and their properties. Nuts conforming to the requirements of this document are evaluated at the ambient temperature specified in paragraph 1. It is possible that they do not retain the specified mechanical and physical properties at elevated and/or lower temperatures. NOTE I Fasteners conforming to the requirements of this document are used without restriction in applications ranging from —20 °C to +150 °C; however, fasteners conforming to this document are also used for applications outside this range down to —196 °C and up to +300 °C. For more details, see ISO 3506-6. Outside the temperature range of—20 °C to +150 °C, it is the responsibility of the user to determine the appropriate choice…

  • BS EN ISO 225:2010 pdf download.Fasteners一Bolts, screws, studs and nuts一Symbols and descriptions of dimensions. BS EN ISO 225 defines the sibols and gives descriptions of the dimensions of bolts, screws, studs and nuts for use in the appropriate product standards and drawings. NOTE 1 The figures of the fasteners in this International Standard are given only as examples. NOTE 2 In addition to terms used In the three official ISO languages (English. French and Russian), this International Standard gives the equivalent terms In Chinese. German. Italian, Japanese. Spanish and Swedish; these are published under the responsibility of the member bodies for China (SAC). Germany (DIN), Italy (UNI). Japan (JISC). Spain (AENOR) and Sweden (SIS), and are given for information only. Only the terms given in the official languages can be considered as ISO terms. • ISO 14582-2013 pdf free.Fasteners – H exalobular socket countersunk head screws, high head. ISO 14582 specifies hexalobular socket countersunk head bolts and screws with high head (full loadability), of product grade A, and thread diameters from M3 up to and including M1O and property classes 4.8, 8.8 and 10.9. NOTE 1 In comparison with ISO common countersunk head, the height of the head has been slightly increased in order to have screws with full loadability. in conformity with the mechanical properties specified in ISO 898-1. This International Standard also specifies gauge dimensions for the control of the head dimensions. NOTE 2 Because of the increased head height, these screws are not fully interchangeable with other countersunk ISO metric screws. The assembled parts also need a slightly deeper countersink than those specified in ISO 15065. If, in special cases, specifications other than those listed in this International Standard are required, they can be selected from existing International Standards, for example ISO 261, ISO 888, 150 898-1, ISO 965-2 and ISO 4759-1. 2 Normative references The following documents, in whole or in part, are normatively referenced in this document and are indispensable for its application. • ISO 4017-2014 pdf free.Fasteners一Hexagon head screws – Product grades A and B. ISO 4017 specifies the characteristics of hexagon head screws with threads from M1,6 up to and including M64, of product grade A for threads M1,6 to M24 and nominal lengths up to and including 10 d or 150 mm, whichever is the shorter, and product grade 13 for threads over M24 or nominal lengths over 10 d or 150 mm, whichever is the shorter. NOTE This type of product is the same as that covered by ISO 4014 with the exception of threading up to head and nominal lengths up to and including 200 mm as preferred lengths. If, in special cases, specifications other than those listed in this International Standard are required, they can be selected from existing International Standards, for example ISO 724, ISO 888, ISO 898-1.
